{"id":1462,"date":"2021-01-28T20:56:12","date_gmt":"2021-01-28T20:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tandem-development.com\/?p=1462"},"modified":"2021-12-30T22:13:13","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T22:13:13","slug":"rwanda-evaluation-of-agricultural-development-programme-imsar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tandem-development.com\/?p=1462","title":{"rendered":"Evaluation of FCDO agricultural development in Rwanda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With LTS\/NIRAS, we are currently team leading a long-term evaluation contract of the FCDO-funded Improving Market Systems for Agriculture (IMSAR).&nbsp; IMSAR consists both a Market Systems Development component and the investment of patient capital via AgDevCo.&nbsp; In addition, we are providing support to the MSD component of the programme to strengthen the design and methodology of its impact assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This years&#8217; evaluation will focus on specific systems into which the programme is intervening and investing and is designed to generate evidence and insights that inform forward strategy.
