Alongside The Good Economy, Tandem developed a jobs measurement framework for Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Africa, designed to provide a pragmatic framework and toolkit to enable FSD Africa to measure their impact on job creation and job quality. The initial jobs measurement framework was tested on a range of FSD Africa interventions before being rolled-out across the network (including virtual training for the FSD Africa team and wider FSD Network).
