As part of an LTS/NIRAS team, we led the development of the Measurement Framework for a new circa £100m FCDO-funded programme. This included designing a programme Theory of Change and Logframe and setting out approaches to measuring impacts on jobs, gender, social exclusion and climate resilience. We also provided advice on the analysis of focus value chains (oilseeds, cereals, coffee and forestry) including identification of blockages and assessment of options for intervention.
