Tandem led the evaluation of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Knowledge Hub on Tobacco Taxation and Illicit Trade, funded by Cancer Research UK and implemented by the University of Cape Town (UCT). We worked with the UCT team to identify strengths and weaknesses of the Hub and co-develop recommendations to feed into the next phase of the project, and presented findings to Cancer Research UK to inform their wider programming.
